The latest in our baking series from The Joy of Cookies are praline kisses. Ms. Tyler Herbst describes them as having “the taste and texture of the famous Southern praline candy” with no stovetop fuss.
A US recipe, these were fairly simple to make. And they are intensely sweet. Frothy egg white mixed with brown sugar, a touch of cinnamon, vanilla and toasted pecans. Delicious, delightful and decadent!
